Pour 250 ml of hot water over two teaspoons of herbs and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain afterwards. Drink a maximum of two cups hot daily.
Contains coltsfoot: Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take coltsfoot! Coltsfoot may be taken for a maximum of 6 weeks per year.
